Dear Church,
As we prepare to worship together this week, I know that God is sovereign (Isaiah 46:8–11) over the pandemic we are experiencing, and he intends it for our good and his glory. God will get rid of COVID19 in his time.
We will have Adult Bible Fellowships, Children’s Sunday School starting at 9:15 AM Sunday School. In order to protect our most vulnerable members and guests, we will continue to offer a Zoom Bible study each week. Please help us work for the advance of the Gospel of Jesus Christ in unity as we attempt to love our neighbors and worship Jesus together.
The Lord in his providence has given us a difficult set of circumstances in which to worship. But though the conditions have changed, the Lord has not. He is still our God and we are still his people. And so, we will gather to sing his praise (masks acceptable) with hearts full of love for the Savior who gladly entered the circumstances of our humanity in order to bring us into the glorious freedom of the children of God. And that is a freedom that no virus can touch.
Your pastor,
Glenn Leatherman
